The education qualifications required for the post of Combined State (Civil) Lower Subordinate Service is a bachelor’s degree in any discipline from any recognized university.
The age criteria are like this: the minimum age is of 21 years and the maximum age is of 43 years. Age relaxations are applicable based on government norms.
The application fees are Rs. 176.55/- for unreserved, OBC, and EBC category candidates and ex-servicemen, Rs. 86.55/- for SC/ST candidates, and Rs. 26.55/- for Persons with Disability candidates. This can be paid through credit card, debit card, internet banking, or bank challan.

The Uttarakhand Public Service Commission Board will not send the candidate’s admit card to the postal address of the candidate. Thus, the candidate will have to visit the official website and download the admit card from there online. The candidates should take a printout of the UKPSC admit card on A4 size paper.
Along with the admit card, the candidate has to bring a Valid Photo ID card. Also, a recent passport size photo should be affixed in the given space on the admit card. A thumb impression should be pasted in the presence of the exam invigilator only.
A candidate can bring any of the documents below to the examination centre to show as a valid photo ID.

The candidate has to bring the photo ID’s original document and a photocopy of the same. The examination invigilator will ask for the candidate’s photo ID and Admit Card to verify a candidate’s legitimacy.
