Punjab Public Service Commission (PPSC) has initiated recruitment for Cooperative Inspector posts. The examinations will be in offline mode. There are 320 vacancies for the posts.

The exam date is not available yet but soon will be announced on the official website and candidates are requested to keep changing. The admit cards for the exams will be made available a week before the exam. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website via the steps given below.

The education qualifications required for the post of Cooperative Inspector is an undergraduate degree in any subject with 60% marks from any recognized university. The candidate should also have Punjabi as a subject till Class 10 and pass a Computer course of at least 120 hours.

The age criteria are like this: the minimum age is of 18 years and the maximum age is of 37 years as of January 1, 2021. Age relaxations are applicable based on government norms.

Punjab Inspector Exam Pattern

The exam will have 480 marks and 120 questions, divided into two sections:

Section 1: Logical reasoning and mental ability (40 questions, 160 marks)

Section 2: General Knowledge/Current Affairs (80 questions, 320 marks)

Every question will have 4 marks, and 1 mark will be cut for every question attempted incorrectly.

The PPSC board will not send the candidate’s admit card to their postal address. Thus, the candidate will have to visit the official website and download the admit card from there online and take a printout on an A4 size paper.

Selection Process

Along with the admit card, the candidate has to bring a Valid Photo ID card. Also, a recent passport size photo should be affixed in the given space on the admit card. A thumb impression should be pasted in the presence of the exam invigilator only.

A candidate can bring any of the documents below to the examination centre to show as a valid photo ID.

The candidate has to bring the photo ID’s original document and a photocopy of the same. The examination invigilator will ask for the candidate’s photo ID and Admit Card to verify a candidate’s legitimacy.

  2. Find the Cooperative Inspector admit card link on the home page.
  3. Click/tap on the Admit Card link.
  4. Login with User ID and password.
  5. Check/Verify the entered details and submit.
  6. Download your admit card.
  7. Take a printout of it for further reference.
