KVPY Admit Card 2021 Check KVPY Fellowship Exam Date Announced

Department of Science and Technology has initiated the exam process for Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana. The examinations will be in online mode. The exam date is on 9th January 2022. The admit card can be downloaded from the official website via the steps given below.

The Department of Science and Technology, Government of India organizes the Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana fellowship. Class 11, Class 12, and first-year undergraduate students can apply for the Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana fellowship. The condition is that the applicant must have science-related subjects in the syllabus for the current academic year. The scholarship will be awarded up to Masters/MPhil Level.

The Department of Science and Technology’s affiliated examination board will not send the candidate’s admit card to the postal address of the candidate. Thus, the candidate will have to visit the official website and download the admit card from there online. The candidates should take a printout of the Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana admit card on an A4 size paper.

Along with the admit card, the candidate has to produce a valid Photo ID card. Also, a recent passport size photo should be affixed in the given space on the admit card.

A candidate can produce any of the documents below to show as a valid photo ID.

  • Passport

Exam Pattern

The Kishor Vaigyanik Protsahan Yojana exam will take place in MCQ format. Questions will be set from four subjects, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, and Biology.

The question paper will be divided into two parts, Part 1 having 20 questions of 1 mark each from each of the four subjects, totalling 80 questions, and Part 2 having 10 questions of 2 marks each from each of the four subjects, totalling 40 questions. The candidate has to attempt 60 questions from part 1 and 20 questions from part 2. The full number of marks attainable for a candidate is 100 marks. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 for each question answered incorrectly from part 1 and 0.5 for each question answered incorrectly from part 2.

  2. Find the admit card link on the home page.
  3. Click/tap on the Admit Card link.
  4. Login with required details.
  5. Check/Verify the entered details and submit.
  6. Download your admit card.
  7. Take a printout of it for further reference.
