KALIA Yojana List 2022: 1st, 2nd, 3rd List Download

Under this scheme, the Chief Minister of the state of Odisha has announced financial assistance of Rs 920 Cr to over 42 lakh farmers across the state. Also, the government has asked over 50,000 ineligible beneficiaries to refund the financial assistance amount from the state government of Odisha.

KALIA Yojana List 2022

KALIA expands to Krushak Assistance for Livelihood and Income Augmentation was first launched by the chief minister of Odisha state Mr Naveen Patnaik on 21st December 2018. The scheme main objective was to Provide Financial Benefits for Farmers, cultivators, croppers and landless agriculture labourers in the state of Odisha.  Under this scheme, the beneficiaries include financial assistance according to Phase 1, 2 and 3 from Rs 10,000/- to Rs 4000/- per annum.

The start date for the applying process for the scheme was from 21st December 2018. The KALIA scheme was initiated by the Odisha government to provide agricultural facilities and assistance and to reduce poverty in the state of Odisha. Under this scheme, small farmers and sharecroppers, BPL people and many vulnerable households will get benefited.

5 types of benefits will be covered under the KALIA scheme.

  3. Now click on the link for the track your application option on the top right corner of the web page.
  4. Now enter the relevant token number.
  5. The status of the application form will be opened.

How to check for the Refund Application.

  1. From any web browser search for the KALIA yojana list.
  2. Search and click on the link for the online Refund Application form on the homepage of the portal.
  3. The application form will be displayed in a pdf format.
  4. The download option will be available on the same web page.
  5. Download the application and take a printout.
  6. Now fill in all the details carefully and submit them to the GP office.

The important documents which are required to apply for the KALIA scheme online.

  1. A valid Residential proof of the applicant.
  2. Identity proof of the candidate such as Driving license or Aadhar card.
  3. Candidates’ agricultural land papers.
  4. Candidates’ bank passbook.
  5. Candidates’ income certificate.
  6. Candidates’ Domicile Certificate.

Eligibility Criteria required applying for the KALIA scheme.

  • The applicant must prove or provide a valid residential certificate stating that he/she is a resident or citizen of the Odisha state.
  • The applicant must be a below poverty line category person.
  • The applicant must not be a taxpayer.
  • The applicant must not be an employee in any state government or central government establishments.
  • He/she must possess a working bank account.

Some of the important Beneficiary Benefits of the KALIA scheme.

  • Cultivation support: The government will provide financial assistance of Rs 25,000 for each family throughout 5 seasons to all small and marginal farmers. This will small and marginal farmers buy agricultural equipment’s, seeds, fertilizers etc.
  • Livelihood support: The government will provide financial assistance of Rs.12,500 for farmers with no agricultural land which can help the farmer’s buy small units like mini-layer units, duckery units etc. this assistance will particularly be provided for the SC/ST categories of the society.
  • Assistance for Vulnerable Agricultural Household: The government will provide financial assistance of Rs. 10,000 annually per family which will help in taking care of nourishment.
  • Life Insurance for Landless Agricultural Laborers: The government will provide a total amount of Rs 2 lakh which will cover the life insurance of the person at a very nominal rate of Rs 33 which will be deposited to all savings bank accounts.
  • Interest-free crop loan: The Gram Panchayats will provide a crop loan of Rs 50,000 with a 0% interest rate to all Vulnerable landless labourers.
